1. Only one SIM card can be registered per passport;

2. Korean passport holders, ARC card, Korean permanent residents, and dual citizens cannot be registered, This SIM card is for tourists only;

3. We do NOT accept other IDs, we only accept passport;

4. The SIM card will be immediately suspended or closed without notice if you used it illegally (we will call you randomly on 1899-6120 for verification);

5. For exchange or refund please contact the shop where you purchased;
6. Once you inserted the SIM card the day of expiry of the SIM will be counted, even if your SIM was not fully activated;

7. You are only able to use data if Korean immigration cannot confirm your arrival.

8. Your terms of the expiry date of prepaid SIM will be shorter than you may have expected if you called certain numbers such as 1899,1577,1588, 1566, international calls, or video calls etc;

9. Once you run out of all data you are still able to access the Internet but the speed of the Internet will be slower than usual which is 3mbps;

10. After you activate the SIM card after 3 hours, you are still not able to use the phone call service, please check for any typo mistakes and reactivate or contact our customer centre
